Welcome to Victoria's Sponge.

 

If you need a cake for a birthday, christening, anniversary, wedding or any other celebration I can design, bake and decorate your cake based on your ideas, hobbies, interests or even films and television programmes.  Alternatively, if you have a picture of a cake you like I will be able to copy it (subject of course to any copyright).

 

I take great pride in my work and will spend the time and effort required to produce the cake of your dreams.  If you see anything on this site that you like, or have an idea of your own, please contact me for further information and to check availability.  I am happy for you to come to the house to discuss your requirements, or we can liaise over the phone or e-mail, whichever suits you best.

 

I have successfully completed ABC Cake Decorating Levels 1 & 2 with distinctions in every unit.

 

I am based in Blackburn, Lancashire and will deliver larger cakes to the local area and set them up free of charge.  I am happy to deliver elsewhere, but there may be a charge for this.

 

All cakes can be made in either rich fruit, madeira sponge, chocolate cake, lemon cake, coffee cake or carrot cake, even eggless and completely dairy free.  Each cake is made fresh to order and from the highest quality ingredients.  My kitchen has been inspected and approved by the Environmental Health Department.
